Speaking on growing, my Plant A's bulbs have a lot of cylinder cocci organisms in it now, but only in the ones that seem to be "dying" possibly? I don't know why the long cocci are in the brownish bulbs but I noticed that all the green bulbs didn't have any organisms in it. So my hypothesis is that all the dying bulbs are being consumed by these long cocci.

This drawing above is a micro-organism active bulb that I saw and drew...sorry for bad quality of my camera.

  1. I love the drawings! Are you sure the bulbs are on plant A and not plant B? Do you know what the names of these plants are. B is a carnivorous plant and so you can hypothesize as to what the 'bulbs' do!

  2. Sorry it took a while to respond but it was on plant A. which is an Amblystegium varium. I also asked Dr. Mcfarland what these "Bulds" were and he told me they were called bladders...
